My husband and I visit here fairly regularly with our 2 year old daughter and we always really enjoy it. On our latest visit we did have quite a wait for our mains as we were informed there was a new chef taking over in the kitchen. We didn't mind too.much as we were happy chatting and could see it was quite busy and our server (who I think may have been a manager) was apologetic and waived the cost of our daughters meal as a good will gesture which was very kind. When the food arrived it was perfect so no complaints there! We have been many times already and will be back again.
I enjoyed a truly delicious street-style burrito paired with red wine. I know it sounds a bit over the top, but the food was hot and fresh from the kitchen. I requested the appetizer to be served with the head, and they accommodated that. It didn’t feel rushed, even though it was a Saturday afternoon and they weren’t particularly busy. Overall, it was a good experience, and I was able to use my student discount. I would definitely consider returning, although it's a bit out of town, so it might not be very soon.
I would rate it 3.5 stars. Four stars feels a bit high compared to other places I've reviewed, while three stars doesn't quite capture the quality of the food, which is good—though not overwhelming—appropriate for this category. The desserts are fantastic (check out the photo) and the service is consistently prompt and attentive. I'd pick Chiquito over Nando's any day.
Excellent service!! Waiters were always there when we needed something. The manager made us feel so welcome from start to finish. I loved how he always went that extra step. Would definitely be coming back 5*

Excellent dining experience with friendly staff who frequently check in to ensure everything is fine and if you need anything. The cocktails are also beautifully crafted. Highly recommend!
Last minute decision to come here and definitely wasn’t disappointed. Food was delicious, drinks were great and service was friendly and fast. Can’t fault this place
