The welcome is always as pleasant, as well as the frame, although I regret the lack of friendliness we had with the staff, during our first passage. Intakes are disappointing to our taste, in fact, the Raie Wing Press, Sushi-like, did not fit our expectations, with the foie gras non-existent. Also disappointment for the lacquered calf head, too fade to the taste of my beautiful mother. The Ris de Veau is for my part excellent as well as the Pyrenees Milk Lamb, small flat on the small pieces of Veau liver, which were floury. The desserts are delicious!
