Had a trip here today and this is a specific post about the security and customer experience team following the loss of my phone. Long story short but the team, from the nice Irish cleaner/sweeper who I first panicked to, to Charlie in the security team, Paul the customer experience manager, and chatty Richie, the friendly PCSO, they were brilliant. The shops were notified, one person checked Facebook (thank you to the manager in I crack) and it was tracked down, located, collected returned to me!! Honestly team sweeping into action! Always seems like the car park is full yet never seems busy in the shops? Other than that quite a good selection of shops, can be a collection point for interesting types.
