Had a trip here today and this is a specific post about the security and customer experience team following the loss of my phone. Long story short but the team, from the nice Irish cleaner/sweeper who I first panicked to, to Charlie in the security team, Paul the customer experience manager, and chatty Richie, the friendly PCSO, they were brilliant. The shops were notified, one person checked Facebook (thank you to the manager in I crack) and it was tracked down, located, collected returned to me!! Honestly team sweeping into action! Coffee Corner is a fantastic spot. They serve beautiful coffee and a variety of hot beverages. My wife had the hot chocolate and mentioned it was lovely and frothy. She also enjoyed her cheese and tomato toasty on brown bread, which was really tasty. My flat white was perfectly prepared, and the Kentish sausage roll was filled with a generous amount of sausage meat—well-seasoned but not overpowering—and absolutely delicious! A lovely group of ladies serves wonderful food and drinks there. I highly recommend visiting!
I would like to see fewer empty stores compared to how things were after the COVID lockdown. There are a mix of smaller independent chains and national retailers. On the positive side, there are plenty of parking spaces and good bus connections. The area is well-maintained, and security is present. The shopping center offers a variety of food shops and retail options. Overall, it’s a decent open shopping center. I feel safe shopping here, and I’m happy to bring my children along.
No a bad shopping centre but if I'm honest if not a good one . Tk Max's jd sports direct a few supper marketse. I suppose it what your looking for . As my mum loves it as I said I suppose its what your looking for. Debbinams has closed which was the biggest And the best as there are no John Lewis or other big one

Always seems like the car park is full yet never seems busy in the shops? Other than that quite a good selection of shops, can be a collection point for interesting types.
love shopping here, clean and a good selection of shops. they often visit sainsbury’s and at the end with an eating and cinema at £4.99 when they book in advance.
The shopping area is spacious and modern, featuring a good selection of reasonably sized stores. Overall, it's a solid place to visit.
The dining experience was very pleasant, with excellent service.
