We had an absolutely fabulous meal at Chiringuito El Boqueron the other day. We have stopped there several times for a glass of wine or two but decided to try their food. We shared the baby squid, calamaritos, to start which were lovely and crisp then I had the dorada which was cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth, I honestly can’t explain how tasty it was. My husband had the almejas which he said were amongst the best he has had. We also had a few glasses of wine and enjoyed our afternoon immensely. Service was good, the toilets spotless and really excellent for a Chiringuito. We can’t wait to return this week! Muchas Gracias!
We come back each time we visit the area. The food is fantastic, lovely tapas served (free) if you just come for a drink. Fish couldn’t be fresher and cooked to perfection over the open fire on the beach. OK, service may be a bit ‘hit and miss’ but it all works out in the end and quite honestly, if you want fine dining you shouldn’t go to a chiringuito! The lovely food is what this place is all about, totally authentic and full of locals which speaks volumes. We’ll be back again and again.
Veraneamos cada año en Torre del mar y cada vez me gusta más este chiringuito. Fuimos este puente de diciembre a comer con 6 amigos y nos trataron de maravilla. Los espetos buenísimos y el pulpo frito también. Los boquerones abiertos al limón espectaculares y las gambas a la plancha muy jugosas, en su punto. Gracias especialmente a Bernardo, Álvaro y Jose por su profesionalidad y servicio y a todo el equipo de cocina. Volveremos.
We had the sea bass done on the open fire and it was delicious. Had a fantastic salad to go with it and we ordered some snacks to start all of which were lovely. I’ve marked this down by one due to the cleanliness of the toilets which need attention. Food and service were good

Nos lo recomendó un amigo.El personal de diez ,Juan y Bernardo ,gracias. La experiencia perfecta ,el espeto delicioso, la fritura de verano ,espectacular y los boquerones al limón riquiiiisimos. Evidentemente un sitio para repetir y recomendar y en absoluto nada caro.
La comida estaba buenísima y nos ha atendido un camarero muy profesional y simpático. Hemos venido en invierno y escuchar villancicos a pie de playa comiendo pescaito frito ha sido surrealista. Volveremos seguro.
Para cenar, especialmente, el pulpo y los espetos. Las berenjenas tb increíbles. El servicio inmejorable, los camareros atentisimos y muy amables. 100% recomendable.
