The chocolates from this store are incredible! They have so many beautiful chocolate platters for every occasion to gift. I’ve received beautiful chocolate covered pretzels and Oreos for Christmas and most recently for Valentine’s Day. They have also discovered how to make chocolate fun! I received a chocolate heart with mallet and it was so much fun to break and discover the surprise chocolates inside. I’ve included pictures. This was seriously the most fun I have had on Valentine’s Day and with chocolate! If you need a gift for ANY occasion I would strongly recommend picking up a beautiful display of chocolates from this store.

Terrible experience! My children were extremely let down by their Valentine's Day desserts. I initially thought they were just being dramatic, but after trying the chocolate myself, I nearly became sick. This was not the first time I've had a problem with this restaurant, but it was by far the worst.
The service here was horrible.The candy is mediocre at best.I couldn't even swallow the jelly beans which costed me 27 dollars for a small bag.It felt cold in the building as well as the staff not letting me take candy out my bag from the obviously broken machine.overall 1 star at best

They have the best treats for holidays and special occasions. The chocolate covered pretzels are my favorite and SO addictive. The attention and care that goes into every package really comes through. Everyone is warm and friendly, great family owned local business!
I have had nothing but a great experience working with the Manager Raj at Chocolate Works! Plus he has given our students from Nassau BOCES a great vocational opportunity by allowing them to intern at this location.
Although the gelato was on point, the gelato burger just missed the mark. The service was very polite and would definitely visit again.
