This place is terrible. The customer service and the food are both below average. When I came to pick up my order to-go, the cashier gave me a hard time. There was clearly only one bag ready for pickup, but she kept wasting my time with unnecessary questions. We tried the chicken, and it was nothing like what you'd get at their main location. The chicken was old and tough—so chewy it felt like my tooth might come out. Avoid this place and drive an extra 20 minutes to the main restaurant.
Definitely recommend taking advantage of their catering options for their chicken. I'm normally a big fan of their snow onion chicken and the curry chicken. I don't know if it's because I went an hour before they closed but they got our order wrong andforgot our snow onion sauce. Also, don't get the rice cakes as the portion is very small for the price. I don't normally haveany issues at this location in the mall so I'm hoping that this experience was a fluke.
I really enjoy the food at Cm Chicken. Their burgers are a must-try if you visit the mall. The onion rings are fantastic too! The customer service is excellent as well.
I highly recommend eating at Cm Chicken! Their Korean fried chicken is absolutely delicious, especially the garlic soy flavor. Definitely a must-try! Book a table now
