My co worker and I visited the place in White Plains, Not only was the staff annoyed they had to show up to work, one of the workers didn’t seem to understand full english which was also annoying. While getting ready to order there was a huge father Cockroach on the wall crawling near all the salad. My stomach was turned so I decided not to eat there. We told workers and they all played d then we told the manager you might want to go kill the roach crawling near the food. He laughed and killed it and went on about his business. Very disgusting, unprofessional and the laugh for me said he was used to seeing roaches and had no shame in it being in his restaurant. Note to...
Had given this place a 5 stars at one point for price, quantity, service and taste. Loved it and was a regular. They lived upto it for a long time. Lately its not up-to par. Qty has substantially decreased, service has been hit the most. There are some new staff here that need some training on customer service. Also why do I always have to ask that my telephone number be entered so i can get my points? Still a great place but you guys have to fix these ' small leaks ' before there is a flood.
I stopped by for lunch and ordered the salad with chicken and avocado, but I was not impressed at all. The chicken seemed to be canned rather than fresh chicken breast, and it had a strange aftertaste of tuna. It was not what I had expected, and I probably won't be returning. It was disappointing to have spent $15 on a meal that didn't meet my expectations.
I placed an order for multiple salads over the phone and was told it would be ready in 50 minutes. When I arrived, I expected my food to be prepared and bagged, but instead, the staff seemed confused and asked for my name multiple times even though my order was already prepared and just waiting on the counter. Despite the mix-up, the food was excellent!

Chop Go is elite! Clean, food is spot on (fresh and light), not too expensive and the service is awesome. Probably the best lunch place in all of White Plains. They have bowls etc too (which are better than places like Digg). Definitely recommend. WP needs this place!
I mostly order from here on Uber Eats and the service/food is consistently great. The bowls are packed dense and massive so you definitely get your money's worth. Sometimes can turn a single bowl into a meal for two.I recommend the Shawarma Mama!Food: 5/5

I like the salads. However, some of the workers do not give good portions for the price.
I just ordered 2 salads from Uber Eats and only received 1 salad in the sealed bag.
