We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service.
This Banff steakhouse with a western theme offered a friendly welcome and attentive, knowledgeable waitstaff. We thoroughly enjoyed the filet steak, deeming it one of the best we've ever had. The ambience was pleasant, and the meal was served at a good pace. Overall, it was a fantastic evening.

There is a pleasant private dining area for Chop House located within the Jackalope Ranch restaurant.
