The title really says everything. I'm a regular customer in this restaurant. I'll go every week or two. I loved good Chinese food and have a lot of experience eating it's state side as well as in Japan and a few times in Hong Kong. You always know that a Chinese restaurant will be either very American or very authentic. There is usually no middle floor. Well, somehow Chopsticks flirts both sides of this line.
