Chopsticks Chinese

The title really says everything. I'm a regular customer in this restaurant. I'll go every week or two. I loved good Chinese food and have a lot of experience eating it's state side as well as in Japan and a few times in Hong Kong. You always know that a Chinese restaurant will be either very American or very authentic. There is usually no middle floor. Well, somehow Chopsticks flirts both sides of this line. You have good standbys you can find in any American Chinese restaurant, but no overseas. You have amazing tasteful dishes that I had only seen in Asia. until I was here. Best I had and service was very pleasant it takes a bit to get your food, but taste fresh like an expensive resturant

Wait staff very friendly. Clean place. Sesame chicken very good. Potstickers very different and good, lots of meat.
