Why do you bother over 120 damn reviews of this nightly place called chopstix asian noodle bar? first, because it hurts my wallet, my mouth and my special day. Secondly, because I want to add my voice to the overwhelming number of NEGATIVE reviewers on their website, who claim that they will never return to this place! and that is the catch here, or? there will be a lot more if the visitors fall this shame of a place to sacrifice. it must be stopped safely. on the basis of my experience these operators take their money for exorbitant expensive bad eating and tell them to sit down, they unsafe plonk the worst eating (counted by me everywhere on the world), in...more
Extremely poor customer service. My partner and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order our lunch. They were not at all busy, with only 2 customers seated outside. The older man working behind the counter completely ignored us for 5 minutes. He later told us that another employee would be taking our order. We waited until the other employee got to the counter who then proceeded to tell us that they are only taking cash. I’m glad we didn’t waste our money after reading the numerous bad reviews.
We ordered pad Thai on menu log. Took them over an hour before the food was picked up by the driver and the pad thai smelled absolutely disgusting and tasted even worse. As soon as I opened the container it filled the room with the smell of sweat. The food tasted rotted and sour. My son cried because he threw up after tasting it. Had to make him toast because he refused to eat it. Not a happy camper. Lift your game.
I checked our order with the server as he handed us the bag, and everything seemed to be there. However, when we got home and opened the bag, we discovered that an item was missing. I had to run back in the rain, only to be told by the staff member that he had accidentally given our order to someone else. To top it off, a doctor advised against eating the fish and chips. It took 45 minute for the food to come after ordering.Price is high as compared to the quality and ingredient used. Noodle used is made from dry flat rice noodles instead of fresh rice noodle. The noodle texture is hard in centre. Pad thai was soaked with extreme sour source. Fried rice is soggy. The credit card surcharge is high (over 2.5% .
Wanted to try this eatery since there is not much options near to Sorrento beach. Ordered a veggie rice and felt the rice was not boiled and the dish was heavily dipped in soya sauce. Looked like plastic rice to me. Would not recommend for vegetarians.
even worse than they can imagine. the only saving gnade was that the food was needed forever to get out. avoid them at all costs. that was rough and rude. and sleamy. and slow and expensive. I can't stress how bad that was.
that was terrible, had no taste. the chicken tasted like boiled chicken. never buy from this place again. a waste of money, we couldn't eat it. very disappointing. Book a table now
