This place is the worst location at the DMV. I made several online orders and they always give me a the salad half filled up. Management should really evaluate whether saving a couple of employees’ wages is worth the potential loss of business from hundreds, if not thousands, of customers who get frustrated or intimidated by the ordering system and decide not to return. My coworkers and I are all tech-savvy and in our 30s, and we still struggled with it. There's no way a senior citizen or someone with language barriers would be able to figure it out.

I visited this location specifically for a healthy meal, and I was not disappointed! Having been to their other spot in McLean several times, the experience here was very similar, if not quicker. I had my heart set on the Mexican Caesar salad with grilled chicken—I just can't get enough of it! This version came with jalapeño peppers, and the dressing they use really elevates the dish. It's definitely on the spicy side, so be prepared for that. The employee who made my salad did an excellent job and was meticulous with the toppings. It was definitely worth the drive to get here!

The salad was delicious, but the overall experience needs improvement. Despite it not being busy, the staff seemed disorganized with the registers placed awkwardly in the middle of the space. What should have been a quick process took over five minutes. It was also difficult to hear the guy behind the counter as he kept asking questions while chopping my salad. I really like the concept of the restaurant, but I probably won't be coming back regularly.
I have been going to Chopt in Rosslyn 2-3 days a week for over 3 years now. This location has provided exceptional service, quality product and exceptional portion sizes consistently. Since moving to the kiosk business model recently, all three of these have declined significantly. From a less personalized experience, to 1/2 full salad bowls and increased wait times this has been a stark contrast to their historic salad making efforts.
I've dined here a few times and have thoroughly enjoyed the salads I've had. The service is fast and efficient, and I didn't encounter any problems with receiving my food. The atmosphere is quite pleasant, although the space feels a bit cramped given the number of people eager to eat here. Overall, I consider it a successful spot for salads.
I eat here mildly frequently (once every 2 weeks). This location is hit or miss. Service is sometimes super quick, others super slow. My biggest complaint is the consistency of portion sizes. One day it?s two scoops of protein, the next it?s one scoop. For me to buy a $13 salad, I need that second scoop!

A prime example of technology taken too far. The employees were eating chips in the back and directed me to a screen to place my order. Since it was my first time there, I just wanted to know what was good. The computer isn’t going to provide that information!
My salad was so dry and not even fully filled up, I paid extra for chickpeas and barely saw any. The greens tasted very stale. Do not recommend! 1 star for the quick curbside delivery.
