I like this place. I eat at this place. But there's a few things missing that I'd think a place that specializes in just salads would have. I like peas and kidney beans in my salad. They offer neither.My other (larger) gripe. The drink selection is absolutely pathetic! The only bottled water is one that comes in a metal container for over $3. They offer Diet Coke but they don't offer regular Coke! What's with that?? The rest of the stuff I don't even recognize. It's all overpriced teas, and other weird drinks.
First time being at Chopt. This was obviously more of a healthier choice. We ordered a salad with Smokey chicken, green onions, Parmesan, and avocado with Smokey bacon Russian dressing. This combination was delicious. The chicken was flavorful from the smokey taste, the bacon added a nice crunch to the salad. The avocado brought in that creamy factor to it. It was a refreshing and satisfying meal compared to our usual sluggish feeling after eating a whole bunch of meat and getting the meat sweats.
I've visited this restaurant quite often through Meal Pal and regular orders. Today, while picking up my Meal Pal, I requested to swap the spicy dressing that comes with the salad for a non-spicy option. Unfortunately, I encountered some resistance, and the way it was handled was quite ungracious. I don't think I'll be returning if switching a side of dressing is treated this way.
I spent 16bucks, the salad was filling that's the only star. It was flavorless, 95% green (the reason its big), 5% toppings. I got the Apple Orchard Salad w white balsamic, and added grilled chicken. The chicken was flavorless, everything was just blahhh, it tasted like cardboard .Verily verily I say to you healthy doesn't mean flavorless gosh.The service wasn't all that.

I really like this location because it’s big with tons of booths and other seating. They always have reggae on which is nice to listen to when you’re eating a salad in a booth. It’s also very clean! I just watched a staff member cleaning off the pictures on the wall ?
I love chop't and come to this location a lot since it's near my school. But last time I came in for a salad, there was a hair in it.Hopefully they mind themselves when chopping salads and whatnot. Won't be the end of me eating here but it certainly wasn't pleasant.

I had planned to work out today, but instead, I ended up enjoying a salad. There was no resistance training involved, just resisting the temptation of fast food. Food rating: 5/5.
