I like Chopt food a lot. However their delivery is very shaky. In my most recent order of 4 salads 1 was the completely wrong salad. It contained a protein item [double] that I cannot eat. Despite delivery directions that sated ring door bell button the bag was left at my door early and I had no idea it was there. The manager credited me for wrong salad but refused to deliver the correct salad. On other orders either the delivery was never made or delayed calls reported they were out of certain items, etc etc.
I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I can confidently say it will be my last. Honestly, it was one of the worst lunches I've ever experienced. I couldn't even finish my dish, and now I’m left with an upset stomach. I’m baffled by how this place has a 4.2-star rating—it was truly disappointing! The chicken was bland, and the rice was mushy and overcooked. The dressing was applied so heavily that it almost turned into soup. And for $13? Definitely not worth it!
If you haven't been to this restaurant before, you can either build your salad on the spot or choose one from their menu. The place is clean and spacious, and the salads are absolutely delicious. I tried the warm Mediterranean salad, and it was amazing. I also opted to sit outside, where they have comfortable seating available.
I usually enjoy Chopt, but I was really disappointed with the Cobb salad I tried recently. It did not taste good at all. On top of that, they forgot my Diet Coke. I'm quite let down, especially since I often have a good experience at this restaurant.

I absolutely love the kale Caesar salad with bacon ranch dressing, which I customize to suit my vegetarian preferences.
Ingredients always taste fresh and I love that I get to put whatever I want in my salad.
