Good, as much as I have a weak place for this restaurant, whose chef, christophe bacquie, keeps seduced by dishes of a finesse and surprising refinement. This time we opted for the menu "over the seasons" that we all packed (we were 4 at the table). I remain stunned by the work of the sauces and the mixtures of tastes that have embed all the dishes of this menu. a truly unique moment that lets us think that the third star is at hand. An experience not to be missed under any pretext!
we had chosen the 7-stop menu at sea and we were allowed to guide through the water. the choice of dishes is always light and wise in the spirit of the different dishes and the room. We found Mediterranean but also Japanese and even oceanic flavours this evening which made us pleasantly surprised because it is rarely tried and successful in europe. The cheese cellar is very beautiful. We especially enjoyed a dessert made of grapefruit that ended in finesse this fabulous meal.
