Exciting and unique experience. Booking a table can be challenging. The restaurant is small and has limited seating, with tables accommodating only 6 people. The middle seat can feel cramped due to the heating elements used for the table-side broth. The menu offers fun and adventurous dishes like duck feet, meatballs, and other flavorful items that I couldn't identify but enjoyed immensely.
The server appeared to be overburdened. We had to inquire multiple times before she eventually brought what we needed, if she brought it at all. Often, I found myself seeking help from someone else instead. The restaurant is small, leading to it becoming crowded and chaotic. There were too many staff members, with some seeming idle.
Fun and different. Reservations are hard to get. It is a small building with limited seating. Tables hold only 6 people. The middle seat is cramped by the heating components for the broth you heat in the table. Fun food experimenting, ducks feet, meatballs and other things I don't know the name, but tasted great!
A wee bit cold due to a single door aituation but they were quick to announce they were still working some operational kinks out. The food and flavors were phenomenal and the decor was delightful. Great service too that helped us very novice hot potters out! Will be back soon. Book a table now
the rabe was 100% the best I had in colorado, but the people worked soou friendly! not only was the eating super filling and tasty, but it was the most welcoming environment!
first the owners of this truck are incredibly nice and dedicated to their business and customers. they come with new articles regularly and all their dishes are amazing.
Loved the concept, that oxtail broth, the homemade noodles and the cucumber salad ! , but our service was rocky and we weren't guided through the process very well.
