Chuck E. Cheese - Table reservation

This restaurant used to be one of my go-to spots and I have been here numerous times, even hosting about 5 parties here. However, I must say that the quality of customer service from the staff has been deteriorating. One incident that stood out was when one of the staff accidentally hit my child with a door as she was leaving. Despite this, the staff member showed no remorse and instead focused on finishing her task. When I brought this up to a manager, they seemed indifferent and uninterested. I will not be visiting this place anymore. They do not deserve any stars.

I have been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now. We decided to stop by before our flight at Burbank airport to kill some time. I have never seen a cleaner Chuck E. Cheese in my life! This place was amazing. Every game was working and every surface was dusted or wiped. We loved playing the "time play" option. We had 30 minutes to play, the kids chose their prizes, and we were out. We only had a drink since we were short on time. The staff seemed shy, but very patient and friendly. We will definitely stop by again. Great job, C.E.C. crew!

do not organize well. I went today, was very crowded, of course, it was a Saturday. I let the personal know that the Soda machine was out of ice and some of the aromen were also out. they have not fulfilled them. was dirty. no cleaning tables. also the waiting time for the food is very long. if they know that wown are very crowded, they should have more personal

We had my niece's birthday party here, thr kids had a blast. The pizza and appetizers weren't bad either.

This is a great spot for kids to run around and play.
