I found this restaurant to be quite disappointing. It was incredibly small, had a limited number of games, and the selection of activities was minimal. The food portions were not worth the price either. I paid $25 for wings and French fries, both of which were burnt and tasted like cardboard. The wings alone were priced at $18.99, and then I was surprised with an additional $3 charge because they said the price had gone up. It was the only option my child could eat, and the restaurant was dirty. They wouldn’t even offer us anything more or allow us to make an exchange.
I hosted my son's 3rd birthday party here, and it was amazing! I enjoyed every moment. The staff took care of everything; all we had to worry about were the cake and presents. We initially booked the party for two hours, but since the next group canceled, we were allowed to start enjoying the party area from 1:30 PM. Thanks to the wristbands, we played games until around 7:30 PM and even had extra time. Additionally, we received more time just for booking online. I highly recommend this venue for parties—it's an unparalleled experience!
We held my daughter's 4th birthday party here, and even with the challenges of the pandemic and social distancing, we had a wonderful time! I wasn't overly impressed with the food, though—the pizza wasn't great and seemed a bit expensive. We spent over $100 in just 4 hours for only 2 adults and 1 child! However, the overall experience was so enjoyable that I’m giving it 5 stars! The manager was diligent in cleaning all the games and rides, which I truly appreciated. We will definitely be coming back!
I haven't visited a Chuck E. Cheese in ages, but I had a wonderful time with my children! I have a 4-year-old and a nearly 1-year-old, and we really enjoyed our visit. The card system was incredibly convenient, allowing us to play as many games as we wanted while effortlessly tracking all the tickets we earned. It was fantastic! I can't wait to return. 10 year old boy and 13 year old girl has a blast. Quick 30 min game card. They won tickets, got a couple things from the tickets and I swear they had more fun than taking them to Carowinds all day. 30 bicks for both of them and I kinda just swiped theircards on another game if they were playing a longer game????.
Had a great birthday party for my 5 year old our hostess was great even gave the boys some extra tickets. The boys had lots of fun playing the games. My favorite part was the ticket blaster. Never been in one before. Will plan another birthday here in thefuture my 6 year old asked for his party here too.
We always have a fantastic time at this restaurant. The staff consistently goes above and beyond for all the kids, even when there are only a few children present and they're short-staffed. They made sure my granddaughter got to see the real Chuck E. I absolutely love this place, even at my age!
I was truly impressed by the cleanliness and sanitization of the games and tables. Many indoor gaming venues aren’t maintaining these standards! Seeing the staff diligently cleaning made me feel much better, especially since I initially had concerns about germs and COVID. Well done to everyone! Book a table now
The restaurant has been deteriorating each year. It doesn't appear very clean, and the staff seems disengaged. The food is quite disappointing. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
