Stay Away from this place. Totally mismanaged and irresponsible behavior. We had my daughter?s birthday party last week at this location. We booked the Mega fun package but these guys gave us service as per the basic package (Super fun) due to an issue intheir system. They accepted charges for Mega fun and there was no issue while accepting or booking it, but while giving serviceit was a system issue. I understand there can be system issues, but if you have something wrong in the system, at least acceptit. While I understand that technical issues can happen, they should have taken responsibility for the mistake. According to our package, the children were supposed to enjoy unlimited play for two hours, but most of their playtime only lasted about half an hour. When I addressed my concerns with a staff member (whose name I didn’t catch), he was incredibly rude in front of my guests, which left me feeling humiliated. After I raised my voice and showed him the email confirming our package details, he reluctantly agreed to extend playtime to 45 minutes. However, by then, the children were already exhausted and had lost interest.

We visited 2weeks back and enjoyed! Good, Kids fun place! Big area but less option of games! Seems card left over points or time will elapse on the same day after 12am. So can?t be used after some time?
