The food took forever and when we finally got it was cold. We stayed for a hour when we went to redeem our points the manager Meghan was working the toy area and told us we had to go to the front to redeem our e points okay cool. JaAden was working the front and was trying her hardest to help us but poor thing couldn 't get it. She asked the Meghan the manager to help us and she refused. It took 25 mins for someone to come from the back to help us redeem our e points. Got then redeemed went to the toy area to cash the points in Meghan the manager looked us in our face and turned and walked away and sent JaAden to help us. Kids had the best day! Workers were all extremely nice, the place gets 5 stars for being extremely clean as well. Definitely worth driving over an hour to have somewhere safe and nice to bring our kids.
It seems a bit overpriced for the experience of a big open room with a bunch of games half of which are out of order. There's no break up of the room.
