We attended a birthday party and had a pleasant time overall, but it was our first visit in quite a while. Unfortunately, many of the games were out of order and there were no signs to indicate this. While the games happily accepted our credits, they failed to dispense tickets. As a result, the kids had no way of keeping track of the tickets they earned. After playing for hours, my kids only managed to collect 400 tickets, which is barely enough for a couple of lollipops. Would it hurt to give out some stickers to the kids for free? I recently had an outstanding experience at your establishment with my children. The woman handling the pizza and donning the Chuck E. costume truly went above and beyond, making this visit exceptional. In over 10 years of coming here, we've never had such a fantastic time. Great service is paramount for family outings, and this visit reaffirmed its importance for us. Despite starting the day on a potentially bad note, our visit turned around, and my daughter aptly described it as an experience shaped by Faith. She deserves recognition, and we eagerly look forward to visiting again soon! Faith's exceptional service has made a lasting impression on us.
This place is wonderful it’s super clean. The staff is super friendly very helpful although I live in Lakeland I always try to make it to Brandon every once in a while to the Chuck E. Cheese there although I love mine in Lakeland as well but it’s always nice to visit.Parking: Plenty of parking super clean parking lot every time that I’ve been thereKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly staff is super amazing. Super nice to the kids. My little one loves it every time we go and we go a lot.
The food was great, nothing too special but perfectly cooked. The guy in the Chuck E. mascot suit was pretty out of it, acted afraid, nervous, and like he didn't want to be there. He was especially wary around children, which is pretty odd considering posing with kids is part of his job.Kid-friendliness: Overall, It's pretty kid friendly, just not kid oriented.

My kids had so much fun here. I cant get over the roach crawling by the register when we first got in. We didn’t get any food because roach. But Everything still looked cleaned and well taken care of.
Went on a Thursday night, it was perfect because it was empty. Just played the games with the kids. Some machines were broken.
Does not compare to what Chuck E. Cheese was before. Fun for kids. Have never seen chucky come out. Does he still come out?
