I was really looking forward to celebrating my sons birthday here , it was the first time we were going to celebrate it here , the first thing that I notice was that the band of the animatronics was not there , it had a huge black tarp covering it so allour pictures have that and they didn't even notify us because our packet included a song from there , we added goodie bags , weget told there's no goodie bags and I had already told my son we were getting those , but whatever we were like okay no big deal, the main part was there was a party next to us and the host for that party sang to them and did everything with them while ourparty host did not say anything for my son , he was just starri...
This Chuck E. Cheese was great, the staff was really friendly helpful, something we were not expecting going in. We were greeted kindly walking in the front door. A male staff member was able to answer our questions regarding the playing points tickets. The only thing we will say is some of the games were kind of sticky, I am assuming after a long day, but the cashierwhen trading the tickets (didnt catch her name : , was also really kind helpful. Forgot to add one thing! After many yearsof not having been to Chuck E. Cheese we were expecting it to be kind of dead. ???? We're 90's kids, please don't come after us,but Chuck E. It took almost 45 minutes for food order to be ready and when I asked after 20 minutes of waiting. I was only told that it would take a few minutes more because it was just being started. I wasn't given a reason nor an apology for the delay. I'veworked in hospitality for over 20 years, 10 as a restaurant manager so I could've understood the situation but the treatment Iwas given wasn't professional or service oriented in my opinion. Nor was I satisfied with the process in leaving my comments inthe company website.
We had a wonderful time celebrating my son's 4th birthday! Our party host was outstanding! She went above and beyond our expectations, and my son had a fantastic experience. I absolutely love this place! It's such a nostalgic spot that brings me back to the late 80s and early 90s. I used to work here, and my kids always enjoyed coming as well. Now, I take my grandson, who loves hearing all the stories from those times. Thank you for the wonderful memories!
we had a great birthday party experience today for my godson. very attentive party planner and great eating! it was our first visit to this place, because we used to walk into the diamond bar that closed. now chino is our new location to hang.

The salad bar was one of the best things but they no longer have sunflower seeds and other toppings. Even the ranch tasted different.. No longer a fan of the Salad Bar
