Chuck E. Cheese's - Table reservation

It can get a bit overwhelming with all the noises and lights, but children really enjoy it. The restaurant was very clean. I gave it four stars because I found the reward system to be confusing - sometimes I wasn't sure if my points were registered and I would have to ask again, which was a bit of a hassle. I was also unsure of how the ticket system worked. It would be helpful if the staff asked if you were familiar with how it all worked. I hadn't been there since the 90s when I was a child and things have changed a lot with the digitalization and the pandemic. It's quite loud, which can make it difficult to keep track of your child if they wander off to play games. I suppose most people do...

I booked my daughter's birthday party at this restaurant. The place was clean and beautiful. Our party coordinator was excellent. I didn't even have to serve the cake. Raquel was super helpful and answered all my questions. She made it easy for me to enjoy my daughter's party without having to do much. I was able to mingle with the other parents and take plenty of photos. Thank you!

We chose this restaurant for a birthday party and my young daughter had a great time. The party was well organized, although the space was a bit tight for the number of guests we had. Overall, the birthday party package was very nice and the birthday boy had a blast. We were happy to celebrate with him.

The children were excited for Chuck E. Cheese, but when Chuck R came out and stood with his arms crossed, they were disappointed. Could this be a replacement for Chuck E.? Disappointing.

I had a fantastic time at this restaurant. The manager was excellent and the staff was friendly. My son loved it and can't stop talking about it. We will definitely be returning.
