I went with a friend 10 days ago only now recovering from food poisoning symptoms. I ordered egg fried rice with vegetables in black bean sauce.Well the black bean sauce resembled caramel coloured water.The egg fried rice looked like it never touched the wok .The scrambled egg was a colour of yellow I've never encountered (yes I know there are variations in egg yokes) the rice was sticky and boiled.presumably from the night or 2 .Within 5 hours of eating i had the symptoms of food poisoning when i was fit enoughh to go to the doctor no appointments were available .I had booked to go to the isle of wight so went having to wear extra protection due to watery stools After a week this stopped by...
Normally i dont write reviews but I think this restaurant 100% deserved my review! In the last over 30 years of my life, i have been to countless chinese restaurants and i can CONFIRM that this place serves THE BEST authentic chinese food i ever had! Walked in without reservation, got table and got served efficiently. I ordered the egg fried rice and the beef in black bean sauce, which arrived at my table quickly. Food was tasty, staff were great. Service charge added to bill.
