I’ve had the pleasure of watching this place grow from a small taproom to a full service brewery. They have beer of all styles from Pilsner to Imperial stout as well as wine barrel and bourbon barrel aged beers. They are super present in the community serving beers at local fests and on tap at local bars. The quality gets stronger every year they are open and now they have a full service kitchen serving pizzas, salads and other great food menu items. The pimento cheese dip and Bavarian pretzel are amazing. In addition to their brewery they opened hop garden in Hamilton lakes last summer and it’s a great spot to relax outdoors near a pond and enjoy a cold beer. My absolute favorite beer is Pa...

This brewery sponsored a 5K run on New Year's morning. I was surprised to see so many people up bright and early for a race today. I was a bit hungover myself to be honest. They did a nice job with the race. But I really mean to talk about the beer and the place. First, I'm a craft beer guy and had not been to this brewery. Really outstanding. The brewmaster was out there giving out beers after the race. Super nice guy. The entire staff, on NY morning, was really cool and fun. I had their Martzen and their Midnight Mass, a bourbon barrel aged stout. Both were quite good. The MM was great. Smooth as silk, with a bit of spice I couldn't place. I took a few other beers home and have not been di...

I'm rating this place 3 stars because they have fantastic beer and good service. However, I have to give them 3 stars because the food was absolutely terrible! My boyfriend and I visited last night. He ordered the margarita pizza and I ordered the BLT. He specifically asked for tomato sauce on his pizza and no pesto, but what we got was a pizza with no sauce and way too many tomatoes. The crust was soggy and undercooked. When he requested the tomato sauce he should have received, the server brought him a container of cold sauce. As for my BLT, it was mostly burnt and had very little sauce. I will definitely return to Church Street, but it won't be for the food.

Spur of the moment decision to check out the brewery, grab some lunch and browse an art/craft fair event. Bar staff was friendly and attentive. Beer was excellent with a wide variety on tap and food was tasty. Nice variety of vendors at the mini art/craft fair. We will be back!!

Talk about a great beer selection! The Italian Plum and the Lemon Cream Sours are a definite try! Be aware, the Lemon Cream, is like a lemon head but in beer version! Only reason I didn?t give 5 stars, my group didn?t have the warmest greeting from thestaff but overall was nice. Book a table now

I love these local breweries tucked away in industrial parks. When the weather permits, enjoy their relaxing backyard seating, which occasionally features live music. The indoor has been expanded, proving ample seating, and they now offer a full food menu.
