This restaurant serves the best ***. The only problem we faced was a delay in service. We had to wait 15 minutes because someone ahead of us placed a huge order for 100 chicken pieces, and then decided to order 200 more. I suggested they start cooking more, but they insisted on fulfilling the smaller order first. It seemed like they had already confirmed the larger order with the delivery service, which led to a delay in preparing our food. As a result, we ended up waiting quite a while.
Over the past year, I've consistently found that they never have white meat available, no matter what time I visit. It frustrates me when an employee can't distinguish between the meat options, and then I end up paying for all white meat only to find wings and thighs in my order. If you open at 10:00 AM and I arrive at 10:30 AM, it's hard to believe you've run out of white meat in just half an hour. I've even shown up at 11:00 AM before, and they weren't open yet.
Y’all should be ashamed! You should not make your staff to work in a building with no heat. It’s -1 outside without the windchill and 30 degrees inside your building. You have employees taking turns and waiting in their cars where it’s warm until they get a customer. Making people work with no heat in negative temperatures is illegal!!!
This restaurant is awful – they really should close this location and not bring back the staff. It would be better for the entire place to just be closed down. If you’re hungry and this is your only choice, you’d be better off either waiting or grabbing some chips at a gas station. I wish I could give them zero stars, or even minus 40. Book a table now
The young woman at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly and even suggested specials without me needing to ask. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh, so much so that I had to pull over at a Quick Trip to enjoy my lunch. Thank you, Church's Chicken, for brightening my day on this rainy afternoon!
The chicken was really well fried and fresh the only one complaint that i have is i told the person taking my order that i had a coupon for 2 apple pies for 2.00 and the young lady said we don't have a code for that so I'm like the coupon clearly has thecode on it but overall the food was great!!!
Rude.. ain’t have Ice, Mac n cheese and food was cold .. the workers are rude and would never come back to this churches ever again.. get it together making yall look bad!!!
The chicken was served hot and fresh, but the okra appeared to have been sitting out for a while and was overcooked. However, the chicken and biscuits were quite tasty. Book a table now
Love their chicken. I notice things like the biscuits and bombers are a lot smaller these days. You can't go inside this location anymore, only drive through.
