I understand that you were unable to exchange the Bombers size for large instead of the dips, but at least you could have sent medium Bombers instead of small. I paid $2 for two dips, not sure what that shows to you. Additionally, for both combos, you only sent apple juice instead of orange juice. I am a regular customer, ordering from Doordash or picking up directly from your restaurant, so it would be better for you to improve your customer service rather than just sending a simple apology note.
The new sandwiches at this restaurant are fantastic! However, the service can be a bit slow at times. There have been occasions where I've had to wait up to 20 minutes for my sandwich because it wasn't put in the fryer or there weren't enough staff members available to make it. While they do sometimes make it up to you by offering a free item, some employees seem disinterested.
Juicy and scrumptious chicken! Every experience I had with them was amazing. Depending on the time of day, there's usually little to no wait. When I do have to wait, that's when they make a fresh batch of chicken and they were always finger-licking good! Huge fan of their gravy and mash potatoes.
Today, I tried the $7.59 deal which included 2 pieces of chicken, 1 side, and 1 scone. The jalapeño bombers were the standout dish of the meal! Sun, the staff member, was extremely patient in explaining the new special deals to me. The restaurant is kid-friendly, serving fried foods.

You really have to watch out with their slow kitchen. You can come and order and wait 30 minutes. Or you can order online for pickup and end up waiting the same. Honestly, it’s not like they have to slaughter the chicken and then make it. Why are your customers always waiting?
I ordered 8 pieces chicken pack for delivery and they gave 4 small leg part like for kids value meal, two wings, one breast and one thigh part. large gravy, four pieces biscuits, large onion rings not worth it for 56.00 delivery very disappointed!!
Overall exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're a burger lover like me, you can't afford to miss this gem. I'm giving it a solid five stars, and I can't wait to come back for more!
My go-to for some comforting food is 8 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, and onion rings!! Always delicious!! None of the other fried chicken places can compare.
