This location has become terrible, I've frequented this location for years and it just gets worse with each visit. Customer service is horrible and wait times are ridiculous especially to only be serving drive thru. Just left there and the cashier's attitude was very rude and unprofessional. I won't be returning no time soon if ever again. Don't waste your time with them go somewhere else where they focus on great customer service,shorter wait times, and appreciate you patronizing their establishment.
I had a really frustrating experience at this drive-thru. It seemed like they were purposely making us wait a long time, possibly hoping we would leave because they were quite inattentive. I waited for an hour with only three cars in front of me, and the only reason I didn’t just drive away was because there were cars behind me. I honestly wish they would just close this location; it’s really disappointing!
They purposely make you wait a long time in the drive through in hopes that you leave because they a very lazy!!! I waited an hour in the drive through when in was only three cars in front of me the only reason I didn?t leave is because there were carsbehind me!!! I wish they would just shut this location down they are just sorry!!!
My husband stops at the Churches Chicken in Fraisure Tn. I was upset tonight however, he ordered from the drive thru and he ordered a mixedmeal, ive never had a problem with them untilthis evening! They forgot my biscuits and the gravy was so lumpy it looked horrible. This time was awful.

I stopped by to grab some fresh chicken and was welcomed by a friendly and cheerful employee. She even offered me a slice of apple pie through the window! She encouraged me to come back, saying, "The chicken is really fantastic!"
I visited this restaurant and, despite some previous issues, I found the service to be friendly and the food to be quite tasty. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I was pleasantly surprised. Rating: 4/5.
I found two hairs in my chicken dish and have a photo of one of them. It’s hard to see in the picture, but you can spot it as a curved black line near the top center. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant.
The worst location I have been to! Waited over 20 minutes for some hard ans over cooked chicken! Charged me an extra .60 so a large drink that I did not request! Don't waste your time with this location!
