I had a very disappointing experience at Church's Chicken on Norris/EP Blvd. The staff was among the worst I've encountered, and the chicken was old. The attitudes of the workers were terrible. I hesitated to write this, but it seems that Church's must be struggling to find employees because the current team is not representing the brand well. I've visited this location twice before sharing my thoughts, but the rudeness I experienced on a Sunday afternoon was enough for me.
JUST LEFT THERE NO CHICKEN READY BUT BREAST MEAT ONLY, BUT LOOK AT PICTURE OF BREAST MEAT ? THEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE NO HOT SAUCE, RANCH. BUT CHARGE HER .50 FOR THE HONEY MUSTARD ? HE STATED IT'S HARD OUT HERE! HIS BOSS TOLD HIM TO STOP GIVING THEM AWAY! THAT'S WHY I KNOW IT'S JUST A MATTER OF TIME THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN????
I used the drive-thru and, despite having four cars in front of me, the line moved quickly. The staff was very considerate when I reached the window – she offered condiments and extras without me having to ask. It’s definitely a kid-friendly place!
I was about to leave after waiting in line for 30 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. Now, after all that time, there's still just one car in front of me. This is incredibly frustrating! Book a table now
The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was hot and fresh. While the quality of chicken may vary by location, the one I visited offered an excellent experience.
The only options available were chicken, fries, and okra. I was informed they didn’t have much else because they would be closing for three weeks. Food rating: 3/5.
This is a great establishment. There might be a bit of a wait, but the staff is friendly and efficient. They truly care about their customers.
