Very much DISAPPOINTMENT WITH MY ORDER. ORDERED 2 pieces Tuesday special at 7700 Hurontario street location in Brampton. At first, the guy on the front was half a sleep (white guy with fat build-up) and he gave me 2 thighs in a box and others was 2 legs only when I clearly said that these are two separate commands. I ignored this, but the quality of the piece looked at me regretting. ALL PIECEN WERE HEAVILY BATTERED WITH NO CRISP JUST PLAIN PIECES FULL of FLOUR.. I share photos. Please repair the quality.
My first and last time here. I heard a lot about it, but when I went there, the staff still seemed to be trained by the owner. Eating came in good time, but when fed, portions were not what I expected. 3 small tenders, like a part of less than half the chicken breast, 1 biscuit, which was expected and 5 pieces onion rings. Really? Not to mention, everything was oily and had a very bad aftertaste of deep frying. Not sure if they know to clean their oil. Never again!
I took 2 Mexicana Wraps today. The wraps were not cooked properly. They were half grilled!!!!! I called the store thrice and no one is answering the phone. I threw both the wraps in garbage. I would appreciate if management can reach out to me. Thanks
The food wasn't fresh. After reviewing all comments I ask them to make it fresh pommes, and it was super cold and customer service was terrible
