I got in line at 6:57 and there was one customer ahead of us. Right at 7pm, the person at the cash register informed us that they were out of churros. It seemed convenient that they ran out of churros right at closing time. I will not be buying from this restaurant again.
The owner of this establishment needs to take note of these reviews. The cashier appears uninterested and lacks any sense of hospitality or willingness to assist. While the churros are tasty, the overall service experience is severely lacking and disappointing.
Well my family and I wanted the same item…turns out they sold only one of us the “crispy mania” churro bags…the rest if us were denied…they cited there are too many orders of those? Really? Seems ridiculous and the guy with glasses and dreads could care less.
My children and I loved trying the different types of churros at this restaurant. While there is a short wait for your order, the churros come out fresh and are definitely worth it. Book a table now
The cashier/owner ignored me when I was next in line to buy. Instead I left because she was really rude, mean. Grabbed some drinks elsewhere.
