Feels like a food court place. Not much for customer service. They want you to do everything on your phone. Menu, ordering, to go needs etc.Chicken Tikka Masala Meal--if you look at the picture, it looks like the rice is in the main entree section, taking up the most space. A smaller portion of Tikka Masala then I 'd hope for. The salad was a few cuts of lettuce from a bag, like a pinch, and a single onion piece. Nothing else. No dressing, no veggies. Just bagged lettuce salad pieces. Not worth the twenty minute wait at the empty restaurant. Trader Joe 's frozen tikka is muuuuuch better. This meal was on par with frozen tikka you can get at stop shop maybe...

These people scammed me out of $22. I came in with about 20 minutes to eat before seeing a show. After I placed my order, the staff talked amongst themselves, joked around, filled online orders, and never so much as started on my order. When I had to go and asked for a refund, a staff member said my order was almost done, even though I could see they that they had not started my order and he was holding an empty pan.So I left with no food and no refund. Will try to dispute the transaction through the credit card company.
Wow, this location is fantastic! The flavors and spices are perfectly balanced. The garlic naan they provide is the greatest I've yet to eat. They have mastered making the naan because it is tender, juicy, and just a little chewy.I've already ordered takeout twice, and both times, the food was fantastic. When it comes to making the chicken really delicate, this establishment has it down.Overall, this location is great and is arguably among the top Indian eateries in the area.
I ordered the chicken lollipops, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst dishes I've ever eaten. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and lacked any real flavor. Instead of the juicy, crispy texture you expect from a well-made lollipop, it was tough and greasy with an odd aftertaste. The coating was soggy, and the seasoning was either completely missing or done poorly. Extremely disappointing—definitely not worth the price Book a table now
This restaurant offers great food and quick takeout service. They serve authentic Indian cuisine, and I particularly enjoyed their vegetarian momos - some of the best I've had in the US. The paneer rice bowl is also delicious. The only downside is that parking can be difficult to find in the area. The prices are reasonable, making it a perfect spot to satisfy your Indian food cravings.
Went to chutneys with high expectations. Disappointed that they are running a restaurant in US so filthy and unclean. Tables were not cleaned, floor was unclean. The kitchen looked very unclean and the cook was not wearing any head gear. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $10–20
This restaurant is fantastic, offering a wide variety of options! The portions are generous and there are many vegetarian dishes available. The staff is passionate and friendly. Be sure to try their Indo-Chinese noodles, they are popular!
Chutney's offers the finest BHEL I've ever tasted outside India. The food was outstanding, and the customer service was excellent. The restaurant is conveniently situated in Harvard Square. I rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5. Book a table now
They took my money, still no food after 20 minutes. Refused to give me my money back when I asked, lying that’s order was almost done when I could see they hadn’t started.
