My friend picked up this Chuy's place for lunch in a Sunday afternoon, and I wasn't in love with Raleigh, but was ready to try it. So glad we made it! We were greeted immediately, and as a friend wanted a stand, instead of a table, checked the hostess and then made it possible. Our drinks came out quickly and another friend had never eaten here and asked for a gluten-free menu that I had not even done and produced our waiter! So, of course, I had to look at it after it was finished, and now I know I can order the Enchiladas because they are made with a corn shell I didn't know. Thank you. Tanner for such authenticity to turn a negative experience? We came after a long day. obviously the bartender also had a long day? do we understand? It's crazy times. But are you friendly? the two wonderful hostesses? We caught our abrupt departure and took Tanner to the administrator.. who talked to us, their kindness, care and innate feeling of hospitality? gave us break .. we placed our order with her and thank goodness we did!! The Ranchero sauce and the Hatch Green Chile sauce were delicious!! We swore everything! The Margarita I enjoyed when we waited was fabulous!! We will surely be back and much earlier this time!!!
We've heard from about four people that this place isn't very good, but that was a couple of years ago. My partner and I decided to give it a shot after reading the recent reviews. He ordered a burrito "the size of your head," while I went for the Tribute to Elvis Presley. We were both really pleased with our choices. I also tried a Violet Rita, and we ordered some queso – both were fantastic! If you decide to visit, remember to bring a framed picture of your dog for a free appetizer! We didn't know about this offer, and we don't have a dog, so we missed out. If you do get the appetizer, definitely go for the queso!
I love the food here! They make their tortillas in house and you can tell because they?re so good. I always get the tacos carbon with steak and chicken but I recently tried the Baja shrimp tacos and they were delicious too! (Pictured) The classic Chuy?s margarita on the rocks is my go-to but the swirl is also good. Get the creamy jalapeño sauce with your chips. Their salsa is fresh and has a good kick. Great value, big portions, quality food. My husband got the salad with chicken and it was huge!

I love Chuy?s. Don?t get to come here enough. I have never had a bad meal here. Last time I was here I had the flautas which were wonderful. The frozen margarita was not too sweet nor did it taste too strongly of tequilla. I dream of their jalapeño ranch. The salsa is fresh and spicy. If you have not been here check it out. Not only is their food fantastic, I?ve always had above par service.
Another very nice atmosphere. Our server was a little slow to get to us and somehow forget some things we asked, but we overlook it. For about 6 years, this restaurant. Quality is not as good as before, but it's okay. The alcoholic beverage prices are ridiculous so I can't taste the alcohol. I sent back the cherry kalkladentrunk. Everything in all it was okay..
First time with a group of eight friends. Service was good and liked the early 60s dining room decor. The food was very good, from the chips and salsa to the ducks and the side of Margarita. Only a complaint would be the limited menu size and selection. Most Mex restaurants have a much more extensive menu and offer pork and fish.

Lunch at Chuys was good we were seated by Olivia ?who served us and guided us well ?the strawberry mohito and Grandma rocking Rita was superb the chicken fajitas was good the corn chops were a serving enjoyed it with a a friend who I met after 11yrs
