My partner and I were both served cold meat and cold refried beans in our food. Not, a little on the cold side, but literally cold like it had been cooked the day before and sat out temperature. So we gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked if maybe they can heat the food or remake it but to warm the meat on the stove microwave what ever. They had no problem with remaking it.
