We had a delight filled lunch at CInar. The food was prepared with care and delicious. Calamari had a crisp coating but tender rings. The lamb Adana was lovely and had the perfect spice to accent the lamb flavor. The vegetables were cooked to exact balance of tender yet flavorful. Our server could have paid a bit more attention. Despite my pointing to the item on the actual menu she brought a dinner plate instead of a wrap. When I pointed it out, she blamed me as opposed to making an adjustment of some sort.
Tzatziki and Cinar salad appetizers were delicious. The octopus appetizer was small for the price and didn’t have much flavor, tasted a bit undercooked and mushy. The falafel platter was a generous portion but found the falafel to be a bit dense and had a tart taste, maybe it was red pepper or something. The mixed grill platter was also nice and generous portion.
The food was good and the service was decent. However, the prices on the restaurant's menu were higher than those listed on the OpenTable app, with each item costing about $6-8 more. This should be corrected as it is unfair to customers and could be seen as false advertising.
The food and service were excellent! I will definitely be coming back soon.
