I had a really disappointing experience. The flavor is nothing like it used to be, and it's clear that the recipe has changed. If you used to enjoy this dish, you'll find it now tastes like something you'd get from a grocery store. There was barely any icing, and the portion sizes are definitely smaller than they used to be. I won't be returning to any location again. I didn’t even take a picture because I was so let down after the first bite that I tossed it right away.
So my wife who's pregnant wanted to buy 6 buns. They didn't have a box to fit 6 of them. So the lady said you can buy 6 of them but you have to buy them individually and would be individually boxed. So my wife would be paying more hows that her fault? They lost out on money due to them wanting more money. This is my first negative review I've ever left in general. Now im dealing with a mad prego. Thank you Cinnabon
The lady at the register was incredibly sweet! She offered to make fresh cinnamon twists just before closing, but I opted for something else since I didn't want them to have to bake right at the end of their shift.
It wasn't as impressive as I remembered from my last visit (which was some time ago), but I still had a pleasant experience. Book a table now
I bought a box of 12 medium Cinnabons, but sadly, they were stale by the time I got home.
I'm thrilled to place my order and can't wait to enjoy these delicious Cinnabons!
