Ok first I'm in line behind another customer paying for his cinnabon. When cashier sees me get in line she says out loud, omg this day isnt over fast enough....umm rude, so I ask for the cup that had the cut pieces with pecans. Her response....NO! That's for display only and I'm not making anymore of those today.... WOW really??? So what is it on display for??? To let customers know that shes not making anymore?? You wouldn't rather sell it and make money rather than to throw it away?? I thought Cinnabon took great pride in making customers happy?? I think they should hire people that want to work and need a job, rather than those that complain on how they cant wait to stop serving customers...
Great location for Cinnabon and now that Loves truck stop at I-5 exit 136 is closed for construction they're tearing down the Love's truck stop there is no other truck stop close to Seattle except for this pilot) Cinnabon is in a Pilot truck stop and Pilot truck stops are located everywhere across America also has McDonald's here at this location, plenty of parking for trucks, has easy on easy off ramps to the truck stop. 10 showers for the truckers.... great location..... I was charged more for a fresh cinnamon roll than what was advertised on the sign. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the staff explained that the rolls in the boxes, which are also fresh, are priced lower. However, when I requested to switch to one of those, they wouldn’t honor the lower price. This feels like a scam.
I visit Cinnabon to pick up cinnamon rolls for my wife. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, their numerous locations make it convenient. There's one at the Pilot nearby, and my kids always enjoy it when I bring some home. I'll definitely stop by when my wife is upset with me. Thanks, Cinnabon!

I love Cinnabon, and I'm glad there's one near my house. However, I was disappointed this time because the bottom of my Cinnabon was hard and difficult to chew. I'm not sure if it was overcooked or if it just sat under the heat lamps for too long. I've never encountered this issue before.
I come here to get cinnamon rolls for my wife the prices are a bit steep but they do have a lot of locations that are close. Like I have one down at the pilot on the corner here my kids love it when I bring them home too. I'll come here when the wife gets mad at me thanks cinnabon.
I had a disappointing experience at Cinnabon. To be honest, my plastic fork broke when I tried to dig in, and the Cinnabon itself was not soft at all.
The cinnamon rolls here are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this place to everyone.
