I had a less than ideal experience at this cinnabon kiosk. The apple pay check out does not work properly. I told the associate that this was the reason for the long line. She agreed, then told me the manager has attempted to get it repaired but it wasunsuccessful. This is absolutely unacceptable for a business. If something doesn't work properly, it needs to be fixed, noexcuses. If an attempt to fix something was unsuccessful, you cannot just give up and pretend that it's not broken, even if thismeans paying out of pocket. This is a reality faced by all business owners. I’ve been disappointed with the amount of frosting at this Cinnabon location. Typically, Cinnabons are generously drizzled with frosting, but here, they barely apply any. The majority of the bun is left uncovered. This has been my experience for the last three visits. I even asked them to add more frosting while they were preparing my order, but they refused, despite having the frosting right in front of them.
I visited Cinnabon for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. As someone who keeps kosher, my options are often limited when it comes to fast food, but this Cinnabon is kosher. The quality of the food and drinks exceeded my expectations. Everything was delicious and had a great texture, without any artificial taste. The staff was not only hardworking but also very polite.
