I have been using this place for years since they opened as Cinnamon Lounge. we have probably spent several thousand pound here. Last Sunday I had a family event and we had delivered the most bland and uninteresting food I have ever seen from this restaurant. All 4 main dishes looked and tasted the same, a red indifferent sauce with different meats in it and a fe chillies added to the Jalfrezi. Lababdar was one of my choices, a most unusual dish, always fabulous, Lababdar this was NOT! I phoned and explained in very polite terms my disappointment and enquired if there had been a problem. I placed an order for ASAP delivery at 5:05 pm and received it at 6:50 pm. Unfortunately, both the delivery time and the quality of the food were disappointing. The Vegetable Korma contained only sliced onions and mushrooms swimming in a bland, watery sauce. The Chicken Korma had just a few pieces of chicken in a tasteless, runny sauce. The Chicken Tikka main dish had only about five pieces of chicken and lacked flavor. I had ordered Garlic Naan but received plain naan instead. Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience and did not receive a response to the email I sent them.
We ordered a takeaway for my wife’s birthday for s 7.30 delivery. By 8pm it had not arrived, so I called the restaurant. They said that they had problems in the kitchen, and my food would be ready shortly. I called Just eats to cancel the order, but was told that it had been delivered. Which it had not. It eventually arrived at 9.22pm, 1 hour 42 minutes late, and without the rice. By then we had made an alternative plan and had made a meal ourselves. We are now battling with Just eats for a refund. Don’t bother with Pan Master.
This is the first time I have tried this restaurant. The on line ordering works really well. I was impressed right away by the long list of dishes on the menu, including a number of very interesting looking chef's specials. The food was delivered on time, and it was all excellent plenty spicy enough without blowing my head off, and beautifully cooked. It was such a change to have something different from the usual offerings. I look forward to dining there when covid is over.

This food was the best Indian I have had in a long time! The food arrived quickly and was still hot. I first tried the chips…. So delicious. I then tried the bahji…. Fluffy and not greasy. Then I tried my passanda… it was so creamy with different tones of flavour and the chicken was perfectly cooked. I cannot recommend this place enough. If I had two stomachs I’d order again.
Spent over £40 on takeaway. The lamb chops were burnt the chicken cocunut pasandra was a bright red colour tasted like neat sugar and chicken chewy. At 9.40 Rang to complain and was told they would send out freshly cooked dishes. Nothing arrived by 11.15. Tried ringing but only got answer phone and unabke to leave message. A complete rip off.
I can't figure it out. There are 3 different addresses listed for this takeout restaurant: 1) Fore Street across from Lloyds Bank (wrong), 2) Silver Street (wrong), 3) Roundstone Street (correct). The menu and website have discrepancies, and some deals may be outdated or no longer available.
We decided to treat ourselves to a curry tonight after quite a few months. All of it was disappointing. Items were missing from the order and one meal was very oily and not particularly appetising. We tried phoning but there was no reply. A really disappointing treat. .

We ordered delivery and it took 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive. When the food finally came, it was bland, soaked in grease, and so unappetizing that even though we were hungry, we couldn't eat it. There was absolutely nothing good about this whole experience.
We’ve paid for saag paneer and it wasn’t delivered yet we’ve paid for it. It’s 11:20 and we’ve been calling to tell them the order is wrong but they’re not answering.
