A beautiful and new address in Vals to be restored the days of Haiti 7/7 as in the evening. I enjoyed the vast outdoor terrace and the pro service of employees; The chimney tar is tasteful just like the tuna pile with its zucchini spaghetti and I revoke the chocolate mousse with its mango inserts accompanied by its sorbet fruit of passion!
Great time in this restaurant. Very well received by the manager, the servers at the top, all as smiling one another and at the small care. However small bitter note when adjusting the addition, the cashier very little smiling, unfriendly. Fortunately the rest of the team raises the level.

Everything we can expect from a good bistro. The dishes are homemade, especially the fries that were excellent. The desserts are made by a patissier and it feels. Special mention for caramel and coffee tiramisu, one of the best I ate.
A little disappointed for this new visit to Cirque Bistrot.. An ardéchoise salad with 3 petals of bread cut from noon for an evening meal a foie gras served too cold and without blankets, sweet and fat homemade fries... Goodbye.
The atmosphere is great, the terrace is beautiful and the staff in small care. We eat very well, good value for money. I strongly recommend the Circus Bistro to spend a pleasant time in Vals-les-Bains.
Too bad I don't come on waltz any more. A perfect menu. Price of unbearable quality. Upstairs. I'll make a cure to eat there every day. Book a table now
