The staff isn't rude but there was this one waitress doesn't seem to know how to talk to people. I had gotten a wrap and so did my friend. It comes with fries. The man behind me needed ketchup, I had ketchup on my table. I hear her tell him she needs to get him another ketchup because the bottle she had was out. Now instead of asking if we were finished with the ketchup, she reaches over my food to grab it and give it to him. Now for me that's rude. I still had fries on my plate and so did my friend. However, when I arrived to pick up the food, there was no one at the counter to greet customers. The restaurant was fairly busy, so I understood the rush, but I ended up waiting 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me while the waitstaff moved around me. It was quite puzzling because when a waitress eventually approached the counter, she served another customer and then walked away without even a greeting.
Finally, someone else brought my order to the counter but hurried off without speaking to me. I didn't want to come across as rude, so I tried to remain patient, but it felt like it was up to me to interrupt someone to ask for assistance. Eventually, the young man I assumed was the sa...
The customer service could be a lot better and or more professional. Our food was walked around not know who it belonged to and we were the only two people sitting at the bar. We were never offered water and things were left out of the burger we specifically ordered. I use to love this diner , and bring people there but unfortunately I won’t be coming back. I could go on about the order not being correct but what’s the point. I hope this helped, be well.
