This place has changed since its first opening. I'm wondering if it is due to a change of management or merely the workers?The service has fallen.When City Kebabs Gyros first opened a few years ago , the workers were attentive despite the lines. They were welcoming and patient.Years later, I came back after doing some grocery shopping and decided to get some to-go items to bring home.4 Combo Gyro (Wraps). It's not a difficult order, right?Well, the cashier kept questioning me 3 times if this was my order, in front of me at the register. To the point where I was questioning myself because the menu above clearly says (combo wrap). It's not a plate. It's a wrap, a gyro,... with the Lavash wrap...
Tiny family Mediterranean restaurant on the busy corner of 87th and Junipera Serra Blvd. creates some big flavors and they cater, too. We were in need of catering for a work luncheon and were tired of some of the usual suspects around the hood. Simple online search of some area restaurants catering and ordered through City Kebabs; they delivered, which was awesome!Excellent chicken/beef kebabs, rice, salad with pita slices and condiments for about (12) of us. Everything was well prepared and packaged, reasonably priced too for all of us at around $89. plus tip. We just called in the morning of the lunch, when they opened, placed the order and asked if it could be delivered at noon and everyt...
We like their food alot. However, we are not pleased that they are totally inconsistent when it comes to delivery orders. Specifically when one takes time to list out in the 'instructions ' box important notes to the restaurant about one 's order(s) they may or may not look at what is noted! Many many times we have had our instructions to them completely ignored. That 's the reason why there is an instructions box as what 's noted there is important to the customer. To have them ignored is unprofessional and it needs to be improved.
First time customer here .I usually go to the one in Burlingame but since I live in Daly City I'm glad we have Mediterranean restaurant here. I ordered to go food. The lentil soup, tzatziki, and eggplant are excellent! The rest comes close to the one in Burlingame .Parking is around the corner .

I got the gyro wrap and I gotta say I came up disappointed : the meat was too shredded to my liking and too salty. The combination platter was very good though and worth it. They had good customer service even for pickup service
Great food staff. The salmon is the best I've had in any restaurant of this price range I don't even add lemon, seasoning or sauce to it. Wifey is hooked on their Turkish tea.
Really enjoyed this locally owned Mediterranean place near the hotel I stayed. Food was delish (I got the veg combo plate) and it was filing, just about $15.Food: 5/5
I ordered a lamb beef gyro wrap to go and when I got home and took a bite it was chicken. So disappointed as was looking forward to a lamb beef giro??Food: 3/5

Very systemic Turkish cuisine. The food is fresh and amazing. The staff is always ready to help. And they have hot tea in menu a rare find in the USA
