Our dining experience was terrible. Got seated no service till 15 minutes later then was told what we wanted to order wasn’t available(sirloin steak) Which 3 of us were going to order. We didn’t want the waiter to leave without us ordering because we didn’t know when he would return. It took another 15 minutes+ for our drinks to come. Thank god the food was decent. But no silverware was given to us so had to wait awhile to get the waiter to come back to ask for silverware. He never checked on us while eating. We were done for awhile but still no waiter. Finally got the check I put my card to pay but waited another 15 minutes and counting still no waiter so I decided to pay cash just so we ca...
Food was good, but they lacked other places by not providing table bread and butter. You can purchase cheese bread. The wait time quoted was 15 minutes. We checked back in with the host at just under 30, and we're seated seated immediately. There were tons of empty tables. Seems common now just about everywhere. Understaffed ?. Parking: It can be difficult on a busy time to find parking.
Food was really yummy! I had the mahi mahi on a gluten free bun. So good! The service was good, our drinks ran low and the waitress never came and filled them up. But other than that, it was a great experience!! Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Bun, Menu is marked with a G for gluten friendly/free options.
Recently revisited Claim Jumper only to find it a shadow of its former self. Tables and menus were sticky, a clear sign of neglect. Food came out alarming fast, raising concerns about its freshness and preparation. Overall, it was a lackluster and disheartening visit.

The food was great. The steak I ordered was excellent, cooked the way I wanted it. The service though took a very long time. I understand that the server has a lot of tables but refills and checking us took a long time.
Great place. Came for lunch before going Knotts Berry, and the waiter was fantastic. The food and drinks were great. Definitely coming back.
I'll go back here the food I find was quality taste really good. Huge slice of cake fed 5 people for 16.
