I attempted to place a pickup order, but the woman on the phone couldn't hear me. I called twice, and when I tried again using my cell phone, she was able to hear me clearly, but then she hung up on me. The owner was also quite rude; it's difficult to understand him because he wears a mask. He came across as snappy and had a poor attitude.
