I called Classic Pizza in Taunton to place my usual order of boneless chicken tenders. The last half a dozen or more times, even if I check regular on the cooking when placing an online order, we would still get them well done. I called this time to speak directly to them and asked them NOT to overcook them. I was super nice, and I thought that 's what I would get, but after paying $20+ for my order, I ended up with super well done chicken. I tried to call and ask what happened as I specifically asked for them NOT to over cook it, and was hung up on! Last week we ordered a specialty pizza and ended up biting into a plastic fork tine! This place is going downhill 100%, this was the last time I go there any way , when you go you receive low quality customer service , you can see dirt in the kitchen , the food always something wrong plus extremely doesn’t make sense prices, check the reviews check the prices and when you go check with your own eyes what’s going on there , and for sure you will think twice to go there again! It’s obvious that the owner doesn’t care for this place so how is possible to care about the customers ? !
Not sure about other reviews on here bad experiences must be few and far between because I order from here on a regular basis and never had any problems. Food is always fast and consistently good. Service is always above and beyond! Food is expensive everywhere you go but you do get what you pay for at classic pizza for sure!
Great customer service, the manager is EXTREMELY helpful and patient. I had a wrong order and her made sure to correct it himself immediately. I’m happy he did because the new brick oven he told me about has definitely put the quality of this pizza to a NEW LEVEL. Quality service, delicious food and beautiful people!!!

Wanted something quick and easyWent and got the 7pc chicken finger dinner. Got garlic parmesan and gold fever flavors with the curly fry option, and absolutely delicious! Chicken was far from dry and dipped in those sauces was perfect and the curly fries were fried to perfection as well. Will reorder again.
We ordered from Classic Pizza for the first time in a while and have to say it was absolutely delicious, the pizza was not pretentious with fresh toppings, and cheesy. The crust was crunchy but soft on the inside. Also, we ordered a cheese burger sub that was a hit.
WORST place ever. food was greasy. lousy ,service was poor. and manager was VERY RUDE. we will NEVER do business there again . Save your , try somewhere else. I'm certainly telling our friends family to go elsewhere . only added 1 star so I could post
This place is the most expensive pizza place I have ever ordered from. I have ordered the same meal at a nearby pizza place and it cost me almost $20 less. I would consider lowering your prices before you loose a lot of business.

Where do I start? The rude way they answer the phone?Having to wait almost three times the estimate? Or getting only 2/3 of the order correct... Let's just call it a trifecta on why they don't deserve the money I gave them.
I order a buffalo chicken bomb pizza. I’m so upset. Who puts tomato sauce on this? So it’s buffalo sauce, blue cheese with tomato sauce. Very disappointed ? and I order from here quite frequently
