I had an amazing experience at CM Chicken! The fast-casual ambience and menu references on the walls added a nice touch. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the mix of Korean music and sports created a lively atmosphere. The chicken drums and french fries were delicious, and everyone in my party loved their choices like calamari, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and the chicken sandwich. The standout? Their french fries are among the best in the entire city. Already looking forward to my next visit!
Tonight was our first time to come here.First, The service is amazing, everyone so friendly. They even treat our toddler a pororo drink and our kid loved it!Second, the food..is top notch. The fried chicken is crunchy on the outside and tender in the inside. The seasoning is perfect too!It is a bit picey but worth the experience! Definitely become our to go place for fried chicken from now on!
very bad customer service food is prepped ahead of time even staff member confirmed it, sodas are almost all expired, next day we all had stomach issues and diarrhea , our waiter was nice, but manager and owner are both cheap and wouldn't return food that came 30 min late after other dishes and are rude and have very bad customer service.
Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The chicken quality was excellent, but the sauce wasn't evenly distributed—it was just kind of slopped on top. I ordered the snow onion chicken, and while the chicken itself was fantastic, I have to give it 4 stars because it was quite pricey. I paid $18 for just 8 wings.

The wings and drums are fantastic, but the tenders had quite a few bones. I definitely recommend trying the shrimp as well. However, I noticed what seemed to be the manager hovering nearby, and she hurried to clear our table right after our waiter took the check. I'm not sure if she saw our tip.
My husband really loves Korean chicken this place is now his new favorite. The service was great, the food was delicious the restaurant was clean. The ginger soy spicy garlic tenders were perfect. IF you haven’t tried Soju (especially, Strawberry, DO IT? We’ll definitely be back!
Decent food, value is alright as they are more expensive chicken places. The chicken is very tender and flavorful. Now is this place super overhyped? Yes. Unless you almost always eat fast food or never ever tried marinated chicken, it’s honestly nothing special but ymmv I guess.
First of all customer service was horrible.We went 8 people there food was not fresh what so ever .Over priced for something that isn’t not even fresh.Owner charge us for expired drinks.I’m typing this from the bathroom that’s the 3third time I’m in here! Thanks to CM chicken.

Incredible fried chicken! The portions are generous as well. The service is excellent, the restaurant is clean, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. I don't think I can eat fried chicken anywhere else anymore!
Everything was GREAT, and my lunch mates loved it (as did I).
