We love Cocco's pizza, cheese steaks, hoagies, and their salads!! The only issue is when you call your order in. You might get lucky and talk with someone who's nice or NOT! It's very off-putting when you feel like the person who's taking your order is annoyed and just wants to get off the phone. Or your ordering your food and their comeback is YUP!!I worked in a pizza shop for many years and to me it's just unacceptable. The food is good but customer service is lacking at times.
I ordered chicken cheesesteak and onion rings. They first told me 20 minutes, I called back a half hour later to be told I'm the next step, 20 minutes later my food got here. The chicken cheesesteak was so salty I couldn't eat half of it and the onion rings cold and hard. Ever since the owner retired the prices have gone up and the food quality down. This was the last chance I'll be giving them. There is enough competition that I won't put up with this
not only is eating excellent the atmosphere is wonderful. the workers and the owners treat them like their friends. I brought family, friends and neighbours to cocos. now they get angry at the days I go myself so if I eat alone with something good, excellent service and the best atmosphere I want to sniff after cocos. If you see me alone, don't tell me.
The amount of times I've been ignored or left standing there is unbelievable, I understand it might happen once but I've been straight up ignored so many times or I pay for my food and they don't even bother checking to see if my food is ready which it always is . Another place I have to scratch off my list . Book a table now
Just tried to place an order and the girl that answered the phone was horrible. More concerned with everything but taking my order. Put me on hold 3 times before I told her to forget it I will go some place else. Ever since Mike sold the service and food has gone way down. This was my final attempt. I'm done.
We organized a last-minute birthday celebration with friends and Cocco made great accommodations for us. They were fantastic! The pizzas were delicious and the staff was friendly. Thank you!
The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but the prices have increased significantly. Additionally, the servers have poor attitudes.
