the second time was for dinner in the hahnenhut restaurant and at both locations staff have exceptionally friendly and helpful. at this opportunity I had my enkelin of months and the employees were very helpful in providing a high chair immediately and chatting with it at some locations, although they were busy, we were very welcome. we ate the carvery and it was very good that everything was cooked to perfection. will definitely recommend this restaurant. many thanks that they are sacked.
the staff and the service were very good, but the area where we sat was terrible, sticky table, badly colored fabric on the bench seat, torn seat fabric that up to see something from a site. the whole area where we were sitting is ashamed and not somewhere I would sit down when I looked after my business, but if we were told that a sanation will be carried out. we will not return to the future unless more clean and attractive seating can be provided.
An excellent night. The staff provided a great service. This was a birthday party and everything was relaxed and friendly. Just what we like. The meal was a carvery service but there was plenty of choice with no complaints. Overall a good night out.
