I visited this restaurant on Tuesday morning and I must say, I would give it zero stars if possible. The woman who took my order was extremely rude. She had trouble understanding me and even asked me to repeat myself because she thought my voice was too quiet, which was quite annoying. She was very impolite in the way she spoke to me. Additionally, when she left to make my drink before I finished ordering, I was unable to complete my request. When I brought this up to her after receiving the drink, she made a terrible excuse claiming that I didn't communicate my order properly. Staff were so rude they don’t know what they are doing and they were speaking in their own language in front of other people was not English). I asked them to replace the drink the girl said not her problem. I have complained and sent photos to cooperate head office and I will be complaining to the health board. I actually felt sick afterwards which concerns me about how hygienic this booster juice is. I definitely will be making sure something is done this time absolutely disgusting! What happened to good service this establishment should be ashamed of themselves!!! I urge costumers to go to cooperate on this one.
I requested my drink without ice, explaining that I would be taking it later and didn't want it to get watery as it had happened before. The server did not acknowledge my request and ended up removing some of the ice and adding water instead of milk, which defeated the purpose. I decided to still take the drink because I hate wasting food when there are people who can't find enough to eat or drink. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
The staff at this restaurant displayed racist behavior by not acknowledging our presence when we entered, while warmly greeting a Chinese couple. We purchased a matcha drink, paid for it, and thanked them, but they did not respond. While saying hi or thank you may not be required, it is a common courtesy that should be practiced. Staff is horrible my order was 7.05 i gave her 10.05 she gave me 1.05 back when i told her that she still owed me 2 dallor she argued with me that i was wrong... that will be my last time going there ...
For drinks they charged .25 cent lol mean if u go to timhorton small coffee charge 1:80 cent now u have to pay .25 cent for cup
The staff is very friendly, they are always too busy but always listen to customers and the service is very fast. Must visit?
