this place is usually slower than the others I was; I have ordered quite a lot of paintings from here and it is consistent with the longer waiting times. I have ordered personally and via third-party platforms and it was always the same experience. it seems that there is always someone in training (which is completely in order), but a small communication would be helpful. in my last experience they tried to edit a gift card, but did not tell me what was going on. I always get one of the special drinks so I can vary up the different styles of bubble tea to taste. The most recent one was their February Strawberry Black Tea special. Delicious, though still slightly sugary even though I asked for 0% sugar and 0% ice. Possibly made by syrup but would have been nice to get a heads up about that. Service is quick and efficient. No complaints. Would visit again

The wait time is atrocious even with 3 employees working! I was 2nd line and the person ahead ordered maybe like 3-4 drinks. I literally waited 20mins. Ridiculous. They recently renovated the place, and the decor now has a vibrant urban and green feel. It appears more spacious than it did before. The drinks are excellent, and the staff is very friendly. There’s a wide variety of options, and it’s great that they frequently have monthly specials.
Coco likely offers the best balance of sugar, milk, and tea in their matcha milk tea compared to all the other bubble tea places I've tried. I don't think I'll be getting matcha milk tea from anywhere else unless absolutely necessary.
This place has about 30% of its dishes lacking flavor, and there are no options for less ice or customization.
