Today, I used the new kiosk to order my taro bubble milk tea, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Leo, DW, and Nick refused to serve me my bubble tea after I had already paid for it. As the only woman of color in the establishment with coily hair, I felt discriminated against. They insisted that I pay an additional fee to receive the drink I had ordered, which was incredibly embarrassing. I had chosen to support their business right before my physical therapy session instead of going to their competitor, Möge Tea, across the street. COCO is usually my favorite spot! They have amazing flavors! However, during my recent visit to this location, I ordered pearl milk tea and was told it was similar to brown sugar. Instead, I received just milk with some tapioca pearls. If I wanted plain milk, I would have asked for that! I was really disappointed. The place itself is great, but the service leaves much to be desired.
This has to be the quickest bubble tea store in existence. Their service is so quick you would not believe it. The quality completely holds up compared to other locations. Excellent experience every time!

This place consistently serves the best bubble tea! You have to try the passion fruit flavor—it's a must-try!
Nice bubble tea but it's funky in there! Need to clean up and air the place out.
